I understand there policy behind the towers and the bedsheets been changed every two days but some customers would like to be changed every single day. The only thing I found very inconvenient was that I had to keep on telling the receptionist to change the towels and the bedsheets in our room. Everything was fantastic at the hotel. We really enjoyed it. We were there for my birthday and everything was very good. It would be nice if the hotel did something for a special occasion to make the Customer very welcome and enjoy the special days they have there. "
