「Looks brand new, the rooms are spacious with AC. Everything looks clean, very friendly staff day and night. It is not close to Vienna city centre, but it is a 30 min walk to Schonbrunn palace. We stayed there for convenience, as it has easy access to major highways.」

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es waren Haare auf dem Bett. Das Fenster geht nicht komplett auf. Man hört alles, was drum herum passiert. Die Nachbarn halten nichts von der Nachtruhe. Na ja, auch wenn es billig ist habe ich ein bisschen mehr Qualität erwartet 」

Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche waren eher einfach und nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette befinden sich in einem Raum und machten leider einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Zimmer wirkten etwas veraltet und hätten eine gründlichere Reinigung vertragen können, besonders im Detail. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für Sauberkeit...

「If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
