"I got there with my family and front desk told me he was overbooked and to just get with Expedia to figure it out and cancel and get a refund. Hw was so rude !!!!"

"The property was fine for the price paid with only two minor issues. The water pressure in the room, especially the sink is very low. The breakfast potatoes were not cooked thoroughly and the eggs/sausage temperature needed to be higher. Staff were friendly and location was good. "

"1 light in the room is broke, 1 outlet is broke, fridge is not cold, ice machine only produce limited ice, our room wasn’t ready at check in time, pool was close, lots of pit holes in the parking lot. Bad image for Double Tree standard! Very, very disappointed."
