"The airport shuttle arrangement and breakfast were great. There was some noise coming from the outside at night, but not enough to keep you from sleeping. This hotel did not disappoint, and we had a great stay. I did book this hotel hoping to get a hammam, but staff was out those days ;("

"We had the most amazing 4 nights stay. We were on the 6th floor with incredible views. The room was modern and the hotel staff were all extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The location you can beat as it was very close to all the major attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a much better experience than this time. During our recent 10-night stay, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The floors were dirty and were not cleaned even once during our stay, and the rooms had noticeable stains. A lot seems to have changed since 2023, unfortunately not for the better. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast buffet manager was quite rude—not directly to us, but we overheard him speaking harshly, saying he “only has two hands” and showing attitude toward guests. The location is great, which is a big plus. Still, due to the cleanliness issues and overall decline in service, we would not choose to stay here again."

"I read in the previous article before booking the hotel that it was about a 13-minute walk from the Blue Mosque square, but the result is this: 13 minutes of walking spent climbing a very steep road until you're out of breath."

"We stayed in late January earlier this year and the hotel was just perfect. Located close to all the major sites, everything was in walking distance including a plethora of restaurants. The hotel itself was welcoming with complimentary treats in the room which was a pleasant surprise and overall staff were helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, offering a wide selection and staff were attentive including Rehmatullah who took his time every morning to check in with us, absolutely lovely gentleman. Can't fault our stay and am looking to book my second stay with them!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The location was very central and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and major sites like Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace, and Grand Bazaar. "First off the staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were upper floor noises, they glady changed our room twice. One side wooden, one side concrete. we had three different rooms, 1st rm was on the level floor, it was big, they accommodated two bed request. I feel bad cause the staff were great, but the rooms were not clean to hotel standards. It could be, but it wasn't. they cleaning staff have to give the bathroom and floors a really good cleaning. The hotel rating could be higher if that was the case. The bath towel had a hole in it like the bath towel you wipe your bathroom floor with cause its worn. I really liked the staff and location was good, its all up hill anyway... They could be a really great hotel if the rooms were cleaner. Thank you."
