Amazing location,so close to both Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi.surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Rooms were great, updated and very clean and modern. Shout out to Mehtt and Furtan and all the other great staff made this an awesome trip and experience.

The hotel's building is almost new and very well maintained. The property is exceptionally clean and, importantly, does not have the unpleasant smell that you sometimes encounter in hotels in Istanbul. The design is modern and stylish, and the location is excellent—right in the heart of the Sultanahmet district, within easy walking distance of the major historical attractions.

Wonderful location, convenient to all in Old Town. Good luck trying to regulate temperature in room, pretty weak WiFi, bet you’re not smart enough to get TV to work!!! Very helpful and attentive staff. Good value for location. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped us arrange transport to airport last minute. Very close and in walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Also have restaurants right outside of hotel. Shops are near as well. Would definitely book this place again.

We spent three very memorable days and nights here at hotel Thank You. It was the very best. The staff were kind, attentive and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, good healthy food. The rooms are clean and one of the best showers we have seen in a long time. When we return we will always stay here next to the Topkapi Palace. I had a wonderful stay at Thank You Hotel in Istanbul. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, they made us feel comfortable and cared for. Their hospitality truly stood out—they were polite, attentive, and went out of their way to assist us with directions, transportation, and any questions we had. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very new and modern. Room is clean and furnishings are very new. Staff is friendly and we were once offered a free Turkish coffee. However the WiFi is not stable and need to log in again after going back from outside.

This is the best hotel you can get in this area...it is very convinient to walk to all the attractions in the oldtown. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. It is worth every penny. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I will come back here again next time.

The hotel is new. They give us high class service at the reasonable rate. It is very close to major important spots. They gave me upgraded room. I greatly appreciate it. It was one of connecting room for family. As I used by myself, the connecting door was closed. Other family stayed at the other room. There was no sound proof Between the rooms, although it was closed. It would be the only point that they may be improved to sound proof wall/door. Another point that I would like to share is, i thought the airport bus stop was very close to the hotel. However, the bus doesn’t use the bus stop currently. I had to take tram to the closest bus stop, Aksalay. It was a big job to get there with heavy suitcases.
