A clean and compact hotel, bigger than similar price range hotels. The T-Cat airport coach terminal is just 5 minutes walk, so very convenient Although you have to pay double the price of the public subway or train service, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the drive.

The hotel itself was great but no ideal for people who enjoy having train stations in comfortable walking distance. The bus stop is nearby and that takes you to a common station. The closest station requires too many transfers. Most comfortable bed in Japan in my opinion!

New hotel but need improvements

The hotel is 3 mins walk from tcat in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hotel is new and in good conditions but the room is very small with thin wall. Nice 140cm bed but there’s no blackout curtain or shades and gets very bright in evening and morning. The front desk staff and cleaning lady are friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and get noisy in the hallway around 8-9am.

Close to TCAT (Airport Bus) terminal and Hanzomon line that takes you to Shibuya/Sky Tree. Hotel was clean and the bed was spacious. There wasn't much noise issues on the higher floors. Room cleaning service is done everyday. There was a hair dryer and daily necessities such as shampoo/body wash/towels. Only a small issue for guests staying longer is that the washing machines take very long (my wash cycle was stuck at 13 minutes for 30 minutes) and the dryer can't dry thicker clothes such as denim & knitwear in 1 cycle. However there are laundry shops nearby for other options. There is not much food choices near the hotel, but the food street is about 10 minutes walk away. TCAT building has MacDonald's and some Japanese food options. There is a Lawson's convenience shop just down the street but it's a small one.

Excellent Hotel. Staff very kind and helpful, facility very clean and close to transportation. Coffee dispensed in the lobby’s vending machine was surprisingly delicious. I’m coming back to this same property in three months.

Compact, but very satisfying

Very clean, 2 minutes walk to Tokyo Air Terminal, friendly front desk, daily room cleaning, towel/bed changes. Stayed in double room which I found very compact for two person and this is why only 4 stars. I might consider it for the next trip again.

The carpet was disgusting, it felt as if it was never cleaned with who know what was on it. I didnt even feel comfortable putting my socks on it, let alone my bare feet. The staff was really nice, but the hotel rooms we stayed in was quite small. The images on the site were no where near what the rooms looked like.

五泊した。ホテルは清潔で心地よいが、どこのホテルもコーヒーフリーが多かったが、ここは一泊でも連泊してもwelcomeドリンク1回分しかなく連泊のメリットは感じなかった。たかがコーヒーだけど、気分の問題かな… 部屋に電子レンジなく、フロントに対応してもらわないと温めたりできない。 料金は変動制で、安い時に宿泊できたらお得感は感じる。 ベットメイクの女性(おそらく中国の方)の対応は心ある対応で日本人も見習った方がいいと思ったくらい腰が低く丁寧。それに救われてこのホテルでは居心地よかった。自分の判断は最終的に人かな？！ありがとうございました
