オーナーさんご夫婦がとても気さくな方で、部屋数とベットの数が沢山あったのでゆったりとくつろぐ事が出来ました。 孫たちと一緒に、ディズニーシーは行くのに利用させて頂きました。２泊3日の滞在でしたが 子供達はずっとここにいたいというくらい楽しく過ごせました。 帰りにはオーナーさんから心温まるメッセージ付きのお土産も頂きこの施設にして本当に良かったです。 また東京方に行く時は必ず利用したいです。 本当にありがとうございました。
1人でダブルベットにゆったり眠らせてもらいました。
孫たち3人とママと楽しく広々と眠る事が出来ました。

アットホームな感じで、とても良かったです。 部屋は広すぎるぐらい広くて、プライバシーも守られる部屋割りでした、。 防音面がもう少し良ければ、嬉しかったですが、疲労困憊ですぐに寝てしまえば何も問題ありませんでした。

Excellent location to the northern side of Tokyo. The hosts go out of there way to assist and help out. The rooms were of an excellent standard in all regards. Could not fault this accommodation

Very clean, staff was great, hospitality was phenomenal. They were very patient with our little Japanese and were always eager to help. Very convenient as well next to a train station and stores. Would definitely return here!

We had an absolute dream of a stay at Kaiyoutateishi! Traveling as a family of four, we could not have asked for a better experience in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Sugimori, gave us the warmest, most traditional welcome. Their hospitality throughout our entire stay was unmatched—their communication was clear and thoughtful, and their assistance during our checkout was immensely helpful. They truly made us feel at home. Why We Loved Our Stay: Immaculate Cleanliness: The entire ryokan was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Top-Tier Service: Mr. and Mrs. Sugimori went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed. Unbeatable Location: Extremely convenient! It is just a short walk to the train station, surrounded by grocery stores, delicious street food stands, and even a local beauty salon. Everything you need is right at your doorstep. If you are visiting Japan, I cannot recommend Kaiyoutateishi enough. It is a true 10 out of 10, and our family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This place was wonderful. By far our favorite place we stayed in during our travels in Japan. It was spacious, clean, stocked full of everything you need and the host thought of all the little touches also (toiletries, drying rack, many amenities). They had clear and easy to follow directions in English on how to run all the equipment in the apartment (washer, AC, remote, light remotes, appliances etc) The host were fabulous and so welcoming. Even though we did not speak the same language they communicated efficiently with us. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of Asakusa. It was worth the extra few minutes on the subway to feel safe and to have such a nice spacious place. The best part it is a 4-6 minute walk to the closest subway station and a 2 minute walk to a 7-11 and York Food grocery store which we hit up the first night to stock our full kitchen with breakfast and night time snacks and drinks. I would 100 percent recommend.

This property is on the perfect spot for travelers. They have everything . We were a party of 7 and we are all confortable and happy with our stay here. The manager Sugimori and her husband were very nice and accomodating . I think they own the place . They always made sure we were okay and we knows where to go and what train station to stop for our excursions not to mention the place is literally one minute walk to the train station. If I have to go back to Tokyo, I will definitely book /stay in this place again. I told all my friends that are planning to go to Tokyo to check this Ryokan. Love it!

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything was as described on website. They also managed to communicate with us throughout technology and this was very important in breaking the language barriers. This was very appreciated. We even received a package of chocolate as gift from them. We really enjoyed the place as other places where we stayed in the country could not match this specific place.

This apartment hotel was one of the best finds of our Tokyo trip! We wanted to stay away from the busy tourist areas and experience a more local side of Japan, and this place was perfect. It's a direct train ride from Haneda Airport with no transfers needed when we arrived, and it's just a few steps from Keisei-Tateishi Station. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby and a great ramen shop within walking distance. The room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made this place special was the hospitality. The husband and wife who run the property were incredibly welcoming. The gentleman was waiting outside for us and even had our names memorized, while his wife greeted us inside with a translation device ready to help. They personally showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. The most memorable moment was checkout. They thanked us sincerely for staying and gave us a traditional Japanese send-off, bowing as we walked away. It was such a warm and heartfelt gesture that perfectly reflected the kindness and hospitality of Japan. We've visited Japan many times, and this was one of our most memorable stays. If you're looking for a clean, spacious place with amazing hosts and a local neighborhood feel, we highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaiyoutateishi, for a family of 7 the place was spacious, clean, complete with all cooking and kitchen utensils. They also provided us with toiletries( liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner) toothbrushes and toothpaste, they have washing machine with laundry soap and fabric softener. The host couple Lily and her hubby were so helpful and they even help carry our luggage upstairs during check in and check out. Both of them are so polite and friendly and they always help us in all our needs during our stay with them. I highly recommend to stay at Kaiyoutateishi when you are in Tokyo. It is a little bit far from the main shopping areas like shinjoku but there is a walking distance train station, near 7/11 and a grocery store and also there is a market nearby if you want to buy fresh food and cook. The host couple even gave us a gift when we check out. We will definitely stay again at Kaiyoutateishi next time we visit Tokyo.

I wanted to leave this review sooner as I wanted to personally thank Mr. Sugimori-san and his lovely wife for their amazing hospitality. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel till the moment our stay ended, we give them nothing but high remarks. They received us warmly and everything was provided to us in English, Super seamless process and check in, no hassle qhatsoever. They helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. They provided us unbrellas as it was raining, and were attentive the whole time. Our stay only lasted 2 nights but the two nights were restful and the hotel was spacious to fit our group of 5. The hotel was clean and had all amenities you could need. Also, as we were leaving they helped us again with our luggage all the way to the exit. Mr. Sugimori-san, if yiu read this, thank yiu so much for everything to you and your wife. If we are ever in the area again, we know exactly where our stay needs to be. The cookies were delicious. May the Lord Jesus bless you abundantly.
