Fantastic Location with numerous malls nearby. A train station is about a 1 minute walk from the front door. The Odaiba brach promenade has some of the best views of Tokyo’s skyline.

Grand Nikko Hotel is a great hotel with friendly staff and wonderful rooms. The hotel grounds are nice and there are some solid food and shopping options in the area. The only complaint we had was that it was a bit more difficult to get to other parts of Tokyo from Odaiba but that's no flaw of the hotel itself. Thank you.

Great location for departure to Haneda airport, airport bus and monorail to airport and Tokyo city. Hotel is great and friendly staffs and good restaurants and shops at hotel

What can I say… we are not used to luxury and this was a luxurious hotel. Stayed there as family of 3 with a child under age 6. This was our second Tokyo stay and part of it was for Disneyland (40 mins by train). Lobby was huge and smelt fantastic. Shops were nearby including a pharmacy. Staff couldn’t do more for you and thanks so much for sorting out taxi to airport. Bedroom was huge on 26th floor, complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival was a nice welcome after a long day out. Room was very comfortable for the three of us, in fact massive. We did not have breakfast there, great options nearby but hotel restaurant looked amazing. I would recommend it and would stay again.

I love the peacefulness and professionalism. Everything about Grand Nikko excludes excellence. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and fresh. Room service and housekeeping is top notch. Will be coming back here for future Japan trips.

If your going to Disney it's a good location Not that close to the core downtown. However 2 trains can get you there within 45 min. Not many food places nearby. Hotel is okay. Dated but clean. Nice views and if you want a quiet location this is it. Some noise from car drifting on weekend mornings

Five star hotel and right next to the Gundam base and statue. Plus many museums either 5 to 10 minutes away walking or train. Amazing food options on the 30th floor. Great views and an extremely helpful and kind staff. When I stay in Tokyo I will always stay here for the last couple days of my trip. Just feels luxurious and really makes you appreciate all the time you spent in the city.

Unlike other hotels in Japan, the Nikko understands the culture of service expected by international travelers. For example, food was available at all hours at a reasonable price, without a reservation or a wait. Incredibly, most of Japan doesn’t “get” this.

Our final stop before departure, close to Haneda airport, 20 min taxi ride. A couple of big malls nearby and the unicorn gundam. Room was a great size, convince store on site was very useful.

This property was a located in a Odaiba beautiful area and what you would expect from Tokyo. Their only draw back is that it’s on an island and must take a monorail to get to the main metro system. Hotel and staff were very attentive and responsive.

Staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean. Problem was that room service needs to be ordered hours in advance. It was at 8pm I tried to order room service food on the website. It said room service ends at 11pm. I get an error saying “All tables are booked. Try ordering another day.” Definitely different compared to other hotels I’ve been to. If you want food after dinner time, you’re better off getting convenience store food at the nearby Lawsons.

We loved the location of this property.Eventhough it was further out of the main part of Tokyo it had very convenient access to the Monorail to Simbashi Station.Great views from the room with good sized Executive rooms...Really enjoyed the choice of snacks and quality of food in the Executive Lounge,and the service in the lounge given by Watanabe and his team was excellent.One thing that did let this hotel down was the breakfast choice in the Grill on the 30th floor..if you wanted fried eggs you could only have either a sausage or very fatty bacon without having to pay extra...in most hotels this would not be the case...no mushrooms,hash browns,grilled tomatoes were on offer and they really need to get a more powerful toaster or even for the size of the hotel 2 or 3 as people were queuing to toast their bread,rolls and croissants and using a toaster that took absolutely ages!!The dinner we had on the 30th floor Grill Restaurant however was delicious.The staff were very friendly in all areas.

This is a great hotel for anyone who likes Odaiba as location. It is either Hilton or Nikko and at this price point Nikko is a great choice. They accept overnight cruise guests and almost everyday a new cruise docks, so it can be overwhelming if you have any business at the lobby. Breakfast has long lines almost everyday. We used club room for breakfast but we see everyday long lines. We stayed 2 rooms for 4 nights. Overall we will come back

We enjoyed our stay . There are 2 shopping mall in the area connected to both train station and a Hilton hotel. Cruise terminal is half a mile . We love everything . Food ,shopping, park and small beach and has its own Statue of Liberty next to the Daiba City Mall. Also you can see the Tokyo tower and sky tree.

Very large hotel but very good condition. A bit out of the centre but the monorail is next door to take you to a main hub for the metro. Please note your ticket on the monorail does not work on the metro so just get a return and not a day pass, unless you plan to use it more than once. Also note there are two different metro companies and it’s not clear which is which so a day pass on one does not work on the other. I think you can buy a day pass to cover both for around 800 yen. Regardless it’s all very cheap compared to London as are the taxis

This place is exactly as described.. only thing is that the breakfast is so under rated. It's really really good. The inside is a little dated but it's clean, much cleaner than American 5 star hotels. The gym is better than any gym I've ever been to

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The view is insane, they give you cute little jammies, a bathrobe, and any kind of toiletries you might need. Even had a skincare set in the bathroom! Staff were all very kind and helpful.
