It is a convenient place within 30 minutes to Haneda Airport and major places in Tokyo (Tokyo, Shinagawa, Akihabara, Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Ebisu, Meguro, Gotanda, Hamamatsucho, Kamata).
It is very convenient in 2 minutes from the nearest station.There is a 24-hour Seven-Eleven, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office, a bank ATM, a restaurant, take-out sushi and takoyaki, which are very convenient in front of the station.
Nearby are Senzoku Pond and Ikegami Honmonji, and the surrounding area is a quiet green residential area.

Close to Daysneyland, Odaiba, and Yokohama, as well as Haneda Airport and Shinagawa Station, you can use this base as a base to reach all over Japan.
