"The staff was very kind and helpful. The suite was also very clean and spacious. This hotel is perfect for a small group trip. They offer a free shuttle service that you need to reserve in advance. Although I'd recommend renting a car if you'd like to explore different places near the hotel, the shuttle service helps a lot! My only regrets are that it rained during our stay and that we didn't book a long stay. You could definitely do 4 days or more! It's a beautiful hotel. "

"Very close to some points of Fiji Mountains. Hotel offers water and breakfast which is convenient. The staff can do nothing to support travelers because they got everything automatically available so they do need to talk to us. They were not bother even to look at us in eyes. Very unpleasant. Before we leave the hotel, after checking out, want to use the bathroom, yet, it was dark, no lights!!!!! When ask to turn on the lights, the answer is it will take one hour. So strange!!!!!!!"
