"Great location. Lots of dining and lounge options. Very helpful staff. Only two negatives in our stay was crowds and elevator delays because of a conference during our stay and the narrow check in/out times. Asked for a later checkout from 11am to noon and hotel requested $120 extra fee."

"Breakfast buffet was not very good poor quality of food and staff constantly came to our table to let us know the buffet closed at 9:40am. We were there for a total of 22 minutes and approached 3 times about closing. The carpet in the room was stained and looked worn. We had to ask for pillows. Great location mediocre service "

"breakfast in the skybar was very busy even we just went 30 minutes after it opened. It was the first time that go to breakfast need to take a number and wait for 30 minutes. :-(. Food is mediocre. The room we booked can see Tokyo tower but the is a temple and cemetery near by."

"I've stayed here several times and will do so again. Very convenient location with no need to exit the Haneda Terminal 3 building. Excellent attached restaurant. Easy electronic check-in/out with staff available to assist if necessary. Only one change I'd like to see---there is a clear glass or plastic wall and door separating the bedroom and bathroom. It's okay for one guest but would be awkward if one were sharing a room."
