「We spoke to 2 different associates on two separate days, both ensuring a late checkout of 1pm. At 11am, the manager called our room and rudely told us we needed to leave, she didn't see where we were doing late checkout. When we went to the desk to talk to her she totally thru the previous day's associate under the bus saying "I've had a lot of problems with her." That's not the customer's issue nor should a manager do that in front of a customer. Her rude demeanor and refusal to accommodate...
