「The surroundings are not so good, but the location is excellent. It is close to the station, bus stand, and subway.
I arrived early in the morning, so I had to kill time around the area until check-in, but the front desk staff in the morning were very helpful. I checked in a little early, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with air conditioning.
On the downside, as many other guests have written in their reviews, the bathroom smelled like a drain.

「Facility was good because a refrigerator was in the room. It would be perfect if I can watch some more international TV channels.
Amenities were so-so. Tissue paper wasn't provided in first and second day but it was provided from 3rd day. Face towel was provided only in that last night. It would be perfect if they were prepared from 1st day.
Quality of staff was very nice, but only pain point was they were asking feedback on Google almost every morning ... I was a bit sick of it.」

「i really enjoyed and am very grateful for my stay at Octave Plaza. was just what i wanted in the center and to explore Bangalore. the staff were very friendly and helpful but i give a special mention to Sahan who helped me out with many things, just a nice, helpful and welcoming person. Thankyou 」
