Very nice hotel, clean contemporaneous, near airport great price

Gorgeous property very close to the lake and the Quintandinha Hotel, gallery and the trail to the summit. The owner is so nice and has great taste! The staff was very courteous and professional. Great value-Highly recommended.

Clean room

Great location, charming hotel.

We stayed at the Bougainville premium suite and it was worth the splurge. It had an awesome and very clean jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine. Also had a massage chair which was added to the relaxation vibe. The Sommelier, Renan, had awesome recommendations about wine which we truly enjoyed. Breakfast was fantastic and we ate dinner at the restaurant 2x because it was absolutely delicious. We loved our stay.

Kind people

We'll the biggest reason why I like mercury nova Iguacu its because it's close to my family & the peaple that work ove.r there ththey're well trained, they have what I love it: they have a great customer service.

Very nice breakfast, clean, nice area!

Great staff and the hotel itself is not bad for the price. The problem is the location, this hotel is situated in a very dangerous part of Rio. My Uber driver who picked me up couldn’t believe we were staying in that part of town. Uber wouldn’t pick up from there either I’m assuming because it’s a bad area.

Recomendo demais, tudo muito maravilhoso!

This stay was amazing. The owner, Regina, and her staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is sorted with many items and fresh bread and fruits, and there’s many cozy lounges to relax, read, or meet new friends. Regina herself is always present checking if we need anything. The staff is always ready to advise on places to visit, or the best restaurants in town. We highly recommend this place. You’ll be surprised.

We love these kinds of old-fashioned, elegant hotels - hotel & room were in excellent condition, staff was very friendly, king bed was super comfy, excellent dinner in the Leopoldina restaurant - even though nearly empty, we enjoyed dinner very much. Beautiful dining room for breakfast. Good value for the price - not cheap, but worth it. We had a "suite" which isn't a suite at all - just the biggest rooms they have. Other reviews mention that the ground floor rooms are damp & dark - I...
