Café da manhã ruim.

Ficamos no quarto 1, em uma 3a feira de Carnaval e não ouvimos qualquer ruído externo. O quarto seria super silencioso se não fosse o ar condicionado, que é antigo e faz um certo ruído. Cama enorme e confortável. O café da manhã é uma verdadeira decepção. Uma pena, pois o hotel em si é bem interessante.

MAL ADMINISTRADO.

No período do Carnaval o Hotel só tinha um atendente na recepção, que não tinha autonomia para resolver as solicitações dos Hospedes.O gerente só apareceu no Hotel na 4af de cinzas, o que prejudicou a minha estadia pois não consegui obter um retorno dele da minha solicitação. Poucos funcionários para atender a demanda. No café da manhã vários itens acabaram como o queijo minas e pão integral e não foram repostos quando solicitado, disseram que tinham acabado.(?) Que administração é essa? Na 4af quando encontrei o gerente e fui fazer as minhas reclamações, ele não foi receptivo e foi irônico, não me parece preparado para a função que desepenha.

Foi uma decepção já que o Hotel Mara Palace sempre tem sido considerado como um dos melhores hoteis de Vassouras. As instalações estão desgastadas e precisam de restauração. Tem falta de gerenciamento de hotelaria. O quarto que estivemos era até razoavelmente bom mas o ar-condicionado estava avariado. Tivemos de mudar para um outro quarto menor. Apesar de ter ar-condicionado disponível, a tampa de saída de ar do teto do banheiro estava completamente quebrada e podia ver ate as telhas coloniais do telhado. As paredes do quarto infiltrados com falga de manutenção.

Hotel sem infraestrutura!

O hotel nao tinha conforto, a única coisa boa por lá é o atendimento dos funcionários que dentro da medida do passível nos atendeu bem. O ar condicionado do quarto nao funciona direito, desarma p tempo todo, a TV fica chuviscando, sem condicoes de ver a programação. Ficamos no quarto 401 a internet nao funciona bem e as luzes do corredor do 4° andar nao estavam funcionando. Sem falar que chegamos no hotel tivemos que esperar no quarto as camareiras juntarem 2 camas de solteiro pq nao haviam visto que o quarto seria para casal, falar do café da manhã, nao tinha variedades, o bolo duro e seco. O Hotel tinham 2 gatos curculando o que me dava pavor, eu morro de medo de gato e tbm sou alérgica. O que nos salvou foi a questao do hotel ser bem no centro, facilitando os passeios. A cidade é uma delícia.
