"This house was perfect for our family vacation! Spectacular views and just a short drive to the beach and small shops. It was such a nice place to return to after a day of exploring. They really take good care of the property. recommend "

"It's a quiet and peaceful stay, perfect for a short getaway, the room is spotless, also we got everything we needed there. Tim and his little helper, the Rottweiler are so friendly and enthusiastic. Overall is nice, would give them a 10 out of 10!"

"This is a lovely holiday home thank-you, with a lovely view, and nice and quiet. The home is warm and spacious. It was great having the master bedroom on the same floor as the open plan living, dining, kitchen area. We would definitely like to come and stay again sometime. The ferry trip over to Lyttelton for the Saturday market was terrific."

"We spent 5 nights in this property and it exceeded our expectations. The location is spectacular, watching sunrise each morning from the main bed was memorable. The thoughtful design features in the house including doubled glazed windows, fireplace with plenty of wood and heated floors in the bathroom made us feel cosy on winter days. Communication was easy and the owner/managers were very accomodating with our individual requests. Thanks for a great stay, we appreciated your property and highly recommend it."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hamish & Ronene’s tiny house. Such a cozy, peaceful and warm refuge during the wintertime. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, watching the sunrise from the loft bed (super comfy!) and relaxing on the couch with the sun streaming through the window. The tiny house is in an unreal location - a short walk down to both Sumner and Taylor’s Mistake on beautiful trails. Hamish & Ronene are so lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Highly recommend! "

"This well equipped Bach is directly across the road from the water. It has obviously just been renovated and while not 100% complete, it was comfortable and clean. The view is spectacular! We had a lovely relaxing time and it was an added bonus to be able to bring our dog"
