「My room spotless the attention to detail, the friendliest staff a real passion to serve and chat, nothing was to much trouble, my heart has to say breakfast team was the winners hands down, the cleaner went above and beyond also which topped everything reception called lots for various help and they found a solution」

「Fabulous location for Sheffield Christmas market, shops and theatres. Exquisite building and decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was so spacious, modern and had everything we might need - including fridge, kettle, ironing board, an huge bed and a wonderful shower. The breakfast was the best I’ve had for choice in a hotel (as a vegan) Would recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely look to return. 」

「Very comfortable room. The first night a little warm but after turning the heating down better the 2nd. Very good water pressure in the shower and good toiletries (white company) Ate both nights of our stay and the food was very good. Staff where very good through out the hotel but it was a little frustrating when our dessert arrived without any cutlery and it took 5 mins before they noticed. Good location for Chatsworth and other local attractions. Would stay here again.」
