★ Fully Equipped Kitchen. There is no traditional oven, a counter top oven is provided. This is the size 17.09"D x 20.22"W x 13.34"H. The oven is good to cook a turkey.

★ Outdoor Sofa Chairs, Outdoor Dining Sets, BBQ Grill. (Guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank for BBQ Grill, host will reimburse.)

★ Quiet and Safe Residential Location with Paved Road Access.

★Gorgeous View Morro Rock and Alta Peak.

★Parking is allowed in the driveway only, not on the street. The driveway accommodates three vehicles.

★The only reliable cell service in 3Rivers is AT and T. It works at the house and in most of Three Rivers.

★Keurig espresso machine with K-Cup provided. Not working with ground coffee.

★Utensil, Wine Opener, Pizza Cutter, Cookware, Dinnerware, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloth, Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, Dish Wash, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Towel, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags etc are provided. (I did not list a lot of smaller kitchen items here, please feel free to ask if you need specific kitchen items like "tupperware", "vegetable grater", "plastic wrap/foil" etc)

Private trail to access the river.

PETS:
We do allow small dogs, please ask before you book. There is a $30 extra cleaning charge. We just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED

Security:
We have a Non-Recording video camera on the outdoor front entrance. This is for our use only to remotely monitor package delivery and service crew. Guests are never recorded or monitored. No camera inside the property or in backyard.
