Blues Air 4 - Woodridge

Nestled in the sought-after Woodridge stage 3, Blues Air 4 presents an expansive and inviting four-bedroom chalet with a loft, strategically located near the Thredbo Leisure Centre and within close proximity to Friday Flat. This spacious retreat spans multiple levels and offers a host of features designed to enhance your stay in the mountains.

The ground level hosts a carport, walk-in drying room, full laundry facilities, and a large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. An external door provides access to a sizable public car park at the rear, ideal for guests with additional vehicles.
Ascending half levels reveals another large bedroom and a second bathroom featuring a relaxing spa bath, ensuring ample space and comfort for guests.

The main area welcomes with a generous living room adorned with a gas fireplace, a dining space, and a sunny deck boasting delightful north-easterly views of Merritt's Creek. This level also includes two more good-sized bedrooms and a third bathroom, offering convenience and scenic vistas of the Gunbarrel Chairlift from the living area.

All bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

First Floor: 1 x bedroom and 1 x bathroom
Second Floor: Kitchen, dining room, 1 x bedroom, and 1 x bathroom

Only these room configurations can change and must be requested in the booking notes for a variation at the time of booking. If booking within 3-weeks: only the default bedding will be set in the property.
