「front desk staff are not nice, not kind, the hotel has no car park, I asked front desk a map of the car park, but the girl immediately said no, I am a Japanese and do not know the area, staff should be kind and nice to customer, also when i checked out, other girl did not say thank you, even I told her thank you, this is very unusual in Japan. 」

「先方の手違いでダブルブッキングがあったので大きな部屋にしてくれた。天窓があったのだが夏だと早くから明るすぎるのと、朝早くから清掃の人が窓を拭いていて、まだベッドで寝ていたので慌てた。」

「All elements of the hotel were well presented. The room was excellent and we had a choice of a shower or bath. The staff were polite and respectful to guests which made it a relaxing visit. The breakfast menu was excellent with individual requirements met. ie poached eggs etc. There are ample EV charging points in the car park. Unfortunately we did not use the pool complex on this occasion. We would stay here again in the near future. Well done.」

「少し中心からは離れるが、部屋は清潔でコスパは良い。赤ちゃん連れだったが、ベビーコットはもちろん、グランドフロア(日本の一階)にあるバスタブ付きの部屋にしてくれた。朝ごはんもホットミール、コールドミールともにあり必要充分。ジムも狭いが最低限の設備はある。」

「Excellent central location, large studio flat, warm central heating, safe and secure building. Only small gripes were a lack of plates and cutlery (you’d think a 2 person flat would have at least 2 plates / 2 knives and forks etc) and the shower water pressure could have been stronger but all in all very good accommodation for the price」

「We have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family and are always so impressed by the friendly helpful staff at reception. The hotel is always very clean and the rooms are large with an enormous bed! Breakfast is excellent too. 」
