「We absolutely loved this place, located in the heart of Malham. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The larger rooms were fully booked in advance, so we opted for the Comfort Double Room with an ensuite. It was clean and spacious for the two of us. I especially appreciated the small touches in the room, like the homemade biscuits they were baked to perfection!

「Jackie was really good & extremely polite. Showed me to my room which was on the ground floor. The room was really nice with a large shower room. Nice comfortable as well. Can't fault this hotel at all. I parked over the road at the woolshop.」
「Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm.
