「The stay was amazing! When we arrived the inside was a bit hot but once you turn the air on it cools down quickly. The ambience of the interior makes you feel at home I love the country. 「We booked this property specifically because of the river access. So glad that we did! We spent most of the day Saturday on the river, and had it completely to ourselves! Our amazing hosts encouraged us to drive our car close to the river access, so we only had a short walk to a very large flat rock next to the river. Put our chairs in a shallow spot and just chilled. 「My wife and I like to stay out away from Bryan/College Station when attending TAMU football games to avoid the traffic and crowds. The Cottage is in a nice location in the country. Great views f4om the front porch. Super clean and a really comfortable bed. Also, the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We will be back next season.」
