My wife booked this for my birthday, so me and a few of my buddies could spend the day at Spider mountain bike park. Judy communicated very well and met us at the property with her golf cart. She showed us around and then left us alone. The place was cute and fun. The pool was refreshing. Judy has a green thumb, because the flowers were in full bloom everywhere . Kayaking on the lake was awesome and it was so nice to see the lake full. There is even a boat launch on the property. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

Well-maintained quaint cabin with all the necessities fully stocked. A perfect place for a family. My kids loved the hot tub, pool access, and had so much fun on the kayaks. The owner is so thoughtful and considerate and checks-in often to see if anything is needed. She is so attentive to detail and really makes the stay worry free. The area is serene and very peaceful. I would highly recommend this stay for your next trip!

Quick trip to celebrate our anniversary, really enjoyed our stay! Judy decorated for us and got us a big brownie to enjoy. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and played a lot of pool. Great stay!

Cozy cabin

Our stay was very relaxing. The cabin was equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing trip. Beds are comfortable and the fishing is good! We really liked the hot tub and outdoor kitchen.

Best host ever

The property was great and Judy the host made the stay perfect. One of the most caring gracious people I’ve met. She was quick to respond and help with anything needed. The pool, hot tub, lake, and outdoor kitchen made everything wonderful. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Getaway

Our stay at the Texas cabin was great. Judy was very helpful with the check in process and all the accommodations. We were greater with fresh cookies and hot chocolate. The hot tub was the highlight of the trip.

The cabin is in a small, secluded neighborhood. We took our two dogs with us and it was perfect for walking them. The lake is within short walking distance (basically just across the street), with several kayaks and a paddle-board, life jackets, also a nice spot for fishing. The lake is beautiful. Judy has a swing, picnic table, and several chairs down by the water.The cabin itself is cozy, beautifully decorated. Judy has thought of everything to make the cabin comfortable. Fans clipped on to the bottom bunks, an automatic light on the toilet which is convenient at night. Fully stocked kitchen. What isn’t inside the cabin, is in the outside kitchen. The dormer room/pool table area was so much fun. We took turns playing pool and the kids would lay on their bunks and watch. It was like a camp/lodge vibe. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The hot tub, the plants, the porches. We did not use the pool due to the weather but it looked great!And last, but not least, Judy is an amazing host! You can tell she loves meeting and hosting people. She met my husband and son at the property (they arrived first), drove them around in a golf cart to show them the layout. She was communicative, and checked in with us, but after the initial meeting we really didn’t see her again. One of the nights we were there, it was supposed to get cold, so she left us Keurig hot chocolates with little Hershey kisses on top of each one on the front porch! She is amazing!

Tropical Oasis w/Comfy Cabin

We had an amazing family vaycay! Hostess with the mostest Judy has thought of every little detail! The king size bed was dreamy, resort-style pool, gorgeous sunrise each morning, and a campfire with s’mores each night!

Best stay ever!

If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this is it! Judy was an absolute delight - so caring and attentive. The house is stocked with everything you might need, is so fun and laid out with room for relaxing and family togetherness. You are right by the lake, it is a beautiful spot and so calm and relaxing. I could have stayed for months! There is not enough room for me to describe and express how amazing Judy and her getaway house is. We will 100% be back!! Thanks for everything, Judy!!

Perfect Lake Trip

Our host Judy was amazing throughout the whole process. The property was well maintained and the inside was very clean and comfortable. From the outdoor kitchen, to fire pit, to pool table were great for all. We invited my friend and his two young kids over and everyone had a memorable time.

Simply a great place to stay

We had short but fantastic stay. I wish we could have stayed longer to use all the amenities. The cabin we stayed in was so cute, so charming, so very comfy! It had everything we could want and need! Everything was thought of and done in a thoughtful manner, like bowls for our pets left out, and the cabin all nice and cool for us. I cant even begin to describe how sweet, kind, and welcoming the owner is. We were welcomed like family and shown around the property, the swimming pool area is gorgeous, like a tropical oasis,. A second cabin and RV are also for rent. Nice quiet neighborhood, kyacks, and our hot tub was the best, especially at night with the tiki and twinkle lights. Kudos to the owner on the atmosphere and upkeep. Truly a hidden gem!!

Overall great place for just what we needed. The lake was super low but the pool made up for a great staycation weekend. Perfect for two people or a close group of friends. Mrs Judy was a great hostess.

Best 1st Cabin Experience for 4 Adults!

Judy was a great host! We lacked for nothing! She was always available for questions. She also provides a list of things to do, places to visit and places to eat in the area! She was more than helpful and willing to accommodate any activity as she provided some fun toys for the lake! Judy really made us feel welcomed and at home! The cabin was very clean and had everything you could possibly need and then some. Beds were super comfortable and there’s plenty of them in the bigger cabin. Plenty of outdoor space to hang out at if your staying in. The area is quiet and was perfect for bird watching! We are looking forward to visiting again and staying at this cabin!

Cozy Cabin with Poolside Oasis

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cabin with our family. Lots of activities available such as pool table, lake kayaks, games, hot tub, swimming pool w/basketball net. The host was very kind and accommodating. And Lake Buchanan is back up to 100%!

Fun getaway

My family and I rented all three properties for our summer vacation and had a great time. The pool was so nice, everything was well stocked, the host went above and beyond, the beds were comfortable. We loved the hot tub, the ease of outdoor cooking at the outdoor kitchen or pool, the fire pit and the family enjoyed the kayaks. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Judy was amazing! We’ve been looking for a new vacation spot for years and we have found it here! Felt like we were at home without all the responsibilities of home! She was helpful and informative, if something was wrong she was right there (hiccup with working a different tv) she made sure we had everything we needed and more. She’s a true blessing. Loved our much needed vacation and will be back soon for another trip to the beautiful cabin!
