"Bathroom was clean but toilet did not flush well. Beds were comfortable and clean but carpeting was dirty, sheets and duvet had holes in them, all in all the place needed to be more carefully cleaned!!! On the highway 46, trees and brush needs to be cut down so the entrance is visible. If you miss the entrance, there is a LONG way to go to try to get back to hotel. Towels were clean but frayed and very used. Outside of hotel just needs to be cleaned well. No trash around but not well cleaned....

"There was no complementary coffee or tea in the lobby. The coffee shop/bar had very limited hours. Maid service was minimal. Front desk personnel were sometimes disinterested. The location was great, with easy access to highways and conveniently adjacent to a shopping center with multiple restaurants."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the property felt more like a run-down motel than a hotel. The microwave in the room was dirty, and I would not feel comfortable using it to heat food. The coffee maker was also filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned properly. The advertised free breakfast was extremely limited. Instead of a typical breakfast, the only options available were yogurt and an apple. Considering the nightly rate of around $350, the value was far below expectations. Based on the condition of the property and the amenities provided, it felt more like a $30-per-night motel than a hotel charging premium rates."

Towels were provided, all the supplies needed in the house were provided by Chris. We loved the stay and will definitely come back. "We didn’t want to leave! Our stay was very enjoyable. The home was more than we could ever ask for. The home was clean and spacious and the host Gwenevere was a true delight. She answered all our questions and knows exactly how to make her guests feel right st home. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked and we didn’t want for anything. It was truly the little things and thoughtful touches that makes this home a gem."
