「We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. 「お部屋は比較的清潔であるけれど、バスルームのカビっぽい臭いや、タイルの汚れが少し気になった。ベッドは清潔で快適。 スタッフは親切だけれど、英語が分からない人が多いため、意思疎通に時間がかかる。 ディナーバッフェは信じられないほど美味しくなく、おかゆしか食べるものがなかった。 赤ちゃん・子ども連れのファミリーが多く、カジノエリア以外は、明るい雰囲気。 周辺の景色はなかなか良い。 総合的に考えると平均点だけれど、食事が悪すぎるため、もう一度宿泊しようと思わない。」

「The place was absolutely beautiful. Clean and classy....the family who ran the place were amazing as well. You are literally blocks from the beach, the market, the food stores.....pretty much anything you can do and want to do is walkable.」

「The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. 」

「いつもレモングラスの香りがしていて、清潔で綺麗なホテルです。スタッフも親切。日本人的には湯船があるのも高評価ポイントでしょうか。」

「宿泊翌日の朝、水道とシャワーから水が出ず仕事だったため非常に困りました。サッカー場が隣にあるので、静かに過ごしたい人にはお勧めしません。宿泊に関する設備的には特に問題ないですが、泊まるだけならもっとコスパの良いホテルはあると思います。」

「+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...
