「いつもレモングラスの香りがしていて、清潔で綺麗なホテルです。スタッフも親切。日本人的には湯船があるのも高評価ポイントでしょうか。」

「Fantastic staff n close to everything u need」

「+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...

「We travelled w fam of 5. It’s an easy access to a lot of amenities around Kampot areas. It’s about 200m from the Big Durian traffic circle. 」

Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best.
