"The room itself seemed clean, but the hallways are in serious need of updating. The check-in process was smooth since I completed everything online ahead of time. However, I did request a first-floor room due to my husband being disabled, and that request was ignored. The next morning when I went to the front desk with a few questions, the man working seemed very disengaged. He was sitting with the computer screen just inches from his face and acted like it was a major inconvenience to pull away for a moment to help me. Lastly, if you’re expecting a free hot continental breakfast, this is not the place. Breakfast — even just coffee — costs $8. Unfortunately, because of these issues, my family and I won’t be staying here again when we come to visit family."
