"Lovely apartment! Host was very communicative and responded to all requests and questions. Bed clothes were uncomfortable and there were no toiletries or paper goods upon arrival. Gave this feedback to Michael. Great laundry service. Dryer on washer doesn’t work."

"This is a great place to stay in a hopping area of Aberdeen with several restaurants and pubs nearby. The rooms are clean and the windows open for fresh air. We enjoyed our stay. This is not a traditional hotel. There is no staff on duty at the hotel. All assistance with the hotel is through text messaging but the owners are very responsive. There's also no elevator to get to the rooms. Rooms are on the 3rd floor with only long staircases to get there. So, for reference, you will need to carry...

"I had booked 2 rooms, as my son and his partner were also on the trip but it turned out that he had also booked a room.
I explained at the reception when we discovered the error but they advised that there was nothing they could do as they were all prepaid.
Air con was very noisy, room was draughty and noisy. "

"Room was clean, efficient checking in process and the breakfast was good. Parking is in a facility that isn't linked to the hotel but is literally 1 minute walk away."
"I've stayed here many times and always enjoy it. It's not super fancy, but it's always modern, clean, comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's nice having the kitchen and a big airy room.
The only minor (but might be more for others) downside is there's stairs everywhere to get in. It's fine for me, but a bit of a pain with heavy luggage -- although most cab drivers are happy to help with luggage. There is a ramp on one side, but I've never been dropped off there. The hotel mentioned it to me, so you could probably specify that. I definitely try to stay here whenever I'm in Aberdeen!"
"The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones.
We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. Surrounded by bars and food options in ship row
Staff were friendly & helpful
Will stay again"
"This is a fantastic B&B. The service and hospitality from the moment I arrived was amazing. Great rooms, awesome breakfast and a very homely atmosphere.
Steven & Mary were very obliging and were happy to assist with information regarding the local are. "
