Room was clean and comfortable staff very pleasant but very understaffed, with no manager to be seen things that went wrong should have been picked up. Eg breakfast items were very good but alas first impressions was not as plates laid out were obviously from dinner before as food still stuck to plates. Not a good sign. Also booked early morning call which never happened . Bar hardly open for residents .
