The common areas (reception and restaurant) were updated at some point. They do provide a nice breakfast and food was fresh and hot. Staff were very pleasant and helpful "

"The single room was small, but not too cramped and had all that I needed. The staff were helpful arranging a boxed breakfast when plans changed to a very early start before the restaurant opened at 6.30am."

The buffet breakfast was nice with alot to offer. The only complaint is that the lift is tiny for accomodating 4 people and luggage. An all round great stay. "

The location is ideal to seeing the city, while also within walking distance to the train station. The continental breakfast was better than other hotel breakfasts that required payment. "The hotel part of the property is closed with only the bar open. The business was sold 3 months ago. The new owner seems nice. When we arrived we were politely informed that there was no room for us or anyone else. We booked 5 months ago and no one told us that we had been cancelled 3 months ago. "
