「Comfortable and well decorated room, friendly staff. I had a problem with the water 1st night (no water) but the staffvmade some calls and it was back on within 30 minutes」

「So this feels more like a homestay than hotel. But the staff and hosts are very friendly. You get breakfast but for me one day I woke up late and they asked me to join for lunch instead. So that's very nice. I think location wise close to San Antonio area and price is good too. For what I paid I think I got good service and help from everybody so I liked it.」

To make matters worse, when these issues were brought to the attention of the staff, the customer...
