「Our room was wonderful with an excellent bath and great AC. Bed was very comfortable and the main courtyard was serene with its fountain and singing birds. Ibrahim was an excellent host and arranged an alternative excursion when our other supplier fell through. He also coordinated taxis and laundry for us I would highly recommend Riad Azrur to anyone visiting Marrakech. 」

「Merrakech is a pretty overwhelming experience to a first timer and it takes a bit to adjust to. Coming to this riad was an oasis of calm and very relaxing. The staff were wonderful and helped us organize a tour to the Atlas mountains- and calmed us down on the first morning since the alleyways and streets are so confusing. 「Amazing palace to stay, with great and friendly staff. The staff went out of there to make me feel welcomed and Marrakesh. They also gave good insight to activities and spots to visit.
They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didn’t listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, don’t let them follow you and don’t interact with them. 」

"I stayed here for 4 nights. I had had an upset stomach in the Sahara Desert and had to cancel the tour transfer for the next morning. Then, a staff member came to my room, took me to the pharmacy, and helped me buy medicine. Idriss and all the staff took care of my health and were very kind.
Also, even after I recovered, l could reserve new tour here, and after returning from the tour, he picked me up , as it was located in a complicated area of the medina, so I got lost. Even when there was no hot water for the shower, they responded immediately. Although it was far from the center of Medina, it was a very friendly and comfortable accommodation.
