"Great location for attending a concert, beautiful room with a great view of the arch. Only downside is the long elevator weights, but friendly staff helping to move the lines move ahead. "

" Niyah the Manager is going to contact you for a full refund on my room. I request a maintance person to get TV working 3 times in 2 days. Water was coming down like heavy rain in the room they wanted me use the microwave. The called me to room phone morning of 3rd day to replace smoke detector, it was finally then that the maintance person got TV working.Manager said she would be contacting Expedia."

"Pretty run down. Clearly been in heavy use for decades without much up keep. Staff was kind, and things were decently clean. Just a bit run down. "

"Great place to stay right next to Gateway Arch National Park. Walkable to other downtown points of interest as well. The happy hour drinks and dinner was a great bonus. Would stay again."

"Pool heater was broke so water was ice cold, staff was nice, rooms are extremely small. Says sleeps four and it has two bed but its very cramped. "

"The room was about the only good thing about this hotel. The parking was a nightmare. Ridiculously expensive. The food wasnt that good and it was very over priced. They are short staffed very badly in the restaurant so wait times were so long. The condition of the hotel was pretty trashy. It just looked dirty in the main entry way and in the hallways. Food trash left everywhere. There is only 1 ice machine and 1 microwave for the entire 18 floor hotel. And there are no vending machines at all or anywhere to get drinks or snacks they tell you to just doordash something. I paid $700 to stay there for 4 days and it was so not worth it at all. This place was an over priced dump. "
