"Room was spacious and clean - friendly staff and smooth check in. View from the room is excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped, with a large fridge and a freezer. Downside is that it is noisy in the night with lot of traffic on the highway, and train running all night. Also, the daily room service was just a change of towels - they did not clean up the room. Luggage storage could also be better - they just ask you to leave your luggage in their store room, without recording them in their system. Overall, everything went smoothly for us."

"Location is fantastic. Station for the airport bus and train station easily within walking distance. Brisbanes Queen street mall is approximately 15 min walk, and the South bank recreation area a couple of blocks away. We Hired a vehicle from Avis, just around the corner, and drove to Movie World. Getting from the appartments to the Princess motorway was easy and relatively stress free. If you are requiring use of the apartment car park, check costing with the Ivy & Eve directly as it is only included in price if dealing direct, otherwise there is a $25.00 a night parking fee. The kids enjoyed the ample lap pool while mum and dad relaxed in the spa. I would have no trouble in returning next time We travel to Brisbane."

"This is an excellent hotel. Cleanliness, facilities, staff helpfulness, room, breakfast - all first rate. Only draw-back is cost of parking - and the unwillingness of the hotel to make suggestions of less expensive close options (that exist). There was a deliberate strategy of protecting their valet service."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location, comfy rooms & easy stay! This is our second stay here, and we love the location! Both times we’ve had a function at The Star, and it’s only about a 300m walk to the entrance — absolutely perfect when you don’t feel like driving (or trying to find parking again 😂). The rooms are super quiet and the bedding is so comfortable. The rooms aren’t overly large, but honestly, you’re really only sleeping in there! 😴 The room we stayed in this time didn’t have a couch if you wanted to sit and watch TV… but really, who watches TV when you’re travelling?! 😂 We’ve had breakfast downstairs both times and have just ordered off the menu. The food has always been nice and hits the spot. Parking can be a little tight if you have a bigger car, but we’ve always managed to find a park without too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back! Great location, comfortable rooms and an easy, relaxed stay. ☕️🍾✨"
