Very friendly and cooperative staff. There was an issue with noise on the roadside, and they changed our room immediately. It was our anniversary, so they gave us a complimentary dinner & cake at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent and memorable (Da Vinci restaurant). Fatima from Guest Relations and also other staff were very cooperative and friendly. Clean rooms and resort. The food tasted amazing and had lots of variety. Patisserie was great, the coffee and tea were always good, and it was our favourite place to come to. Also had loads of Turkish tea with lemon. Spa and the Turkish hammam were comfortable and perfect in winter. Live music in the lounge was fun. The beach was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent experience overall.

The whole environment was warm, welcoming and beautiful. One of the Zestful restaurant staff, Vedat, even made it all more lovely with his friendly and courteous attitude. Loved every bit of my stay.
