It’s a good hotel on a great budget, literally opposite land of Legends, we just had to cross the road and saved us the taxi fee every time. Pool was nice and maintained.

We stayed here for one night, as part of a road trip. Its perfectly located right facing The Land Of Legends theme park. The hotel itself is lovely and the contemporary theme flows throughout, it also has a fabulous pool. The hotel is quite new and not all the facilities were open but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Otel yepyeni ve tertemizdi. Kahvaltısı ufak bir açık büfe ama gayet yeterli ve kaliteli. Odalar ferah ve kullanışlı. Yaşadığımız tek olumsuzluk 14.00te giriş yaptığımız halde odamız hazır değildi ve idareten başka bir odaya alındık eşyalarımızı tekrar taşımak durumunda kaldık Otel yeni olduğu için gelişecektir diye düşünüyorum

Giriş saatimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen 15.45 de girebildik. Sabah 9.20 gibi de ne zmaan çıkacaksınız diye sorulmaya başlandı. Oda fena değil ama biraz abartı ücretlendirme. 2-3bin lik bir konfor ve temizlik. Akşam yemeğinde menüleri çok zayıf. Karşısında land of legand var oraya gidiniz akşam. Tek yorum, sıradan bir pansiyondan bir farlı yok.

Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed.

Room wasn't cleared properly, found garbage in the fridge, mirror wasn't cleaned. Staff shouldn't ask for feedback at 23:45 during rest time. The whole building has drainage and air conditioning pipe condensation issue from workspace room, spa, gym, etc. Breakfast is good but has limited variety when looking at how many empty trays in place. Parking is tight. Other than those, room is spacious, sauna/steam room is great, convenient location

I booked this hotel a day before I was supposed to fly back home. It was a quick stop as it was directly opposite the Land of Legends which we wanted to visit. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel and location was. The hotel was immaculate both in terms of how it looked and the facilities that were offered. The staff were really helpful and friendly and very accommodating. We were travelling with our 1 year old and within 5 minutes of settling in our room they brought a travel cot up for the baby without asking. Very helpful! Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room over looked the pool which was really clean and nice. The rooms were very modern with many amenities including a mini fridge and big smart TV. The hotel itself is directly opposite the Land of Legends and is a 5 minute walk away, which was really convenient, especially with a baby too. Highly recommended and I will definitely be booking again when I return!

I rarely leave a review, but I felt I had to warn others. I checked in and witnessed three power cuts while standing at the front desk. The room had the worst, most inefficient air conditioning I have ever experienced, and it cut out during each power cut. The room became unbearably hot, which ruined my sleep for all three nights. I was told a technician would attend to fix it, but no one ever appeared. To make matters worse, I was placed in a corridor with a football team—around 50 young men chatting, banging doors and playing video games all day and night in the rooms either side of me and in the corridor. The noise, combined with the air-conditioning problems, made it impossible to sleep properly. The cleaning service was practically nonexistent. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, I was told the cleaner was at the end of their shift. The front desk then advised me that the room would be cleaned, but it never was. No water was provided in the room, despite the unbearable heat and ineffective air conditioning. Took me 40 minutes to find a towel for the pool. Brand new hotel but damp plaster peeling in the gym. The breakfast selection was extremely poor, especially at £40 for two people. Don’t bother with breakfast—save your money. Mercure in name only, purely cosmetic. This was a shambles of a hotel.
