"An additional resort fee should have been discussed at check in not at check out after i have already paid. I do not appreciate being ambushed at checkout. Your hotel operator did not answer the phone period when I called. I am old with health issues and your front desk claiming i should have just called is no solution when no one picks up the phone. So claiming you would have taken care of me with a bell hop is also unacceptable when you don't pick up the phone. A 1 hour delay in getting to the front desk to check out because I am essentially stranded in skyrise section and cannot get an elevator down is also unacceptable. Stairs that do not go all the way down to level 2 is also unacceptable and a fire hazard. If you had stairs that went all the way to level 2 I was unable to find them because it was poorly marked. Fast check out with the QR code does not work on Apple or Android. Kiosk not working for checkout either. And finally when the clerk heard all this on checkout the attitude was give me your money and leave. I will not be back and I am very likely to air this on social media but I very much doubt you care."

"Excellent hotel "

"We stayed in a suite in the Select Tower and honestly, it was a great experience. The room was very up to date, definitely gave me Hyatt Hotels / Sheraton Hotels and Resorts vibes. Everything felt clean, modern, and well put together. The hot tub was the perfect size, super relaxing, and the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. The whole suite felt comfortable and elevated, like a true getaway. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!"

"We stayed in the Pavilion building at El Cortez and it was not what I expected at all. Very old room, had a smell, poor lighting, questionable bedding, and can hear EVERYTHING from the street, bars, and clubs, and to leave on the TV till 5am to drown it out. I did like the casino area but would not stay here again"
