"Do not stay here. While the rooms themselves are acceptable, the management practices are concerning. I was charged a $500 smoking fee even though I did not smoke in the room. After looking into it further, it appears other guests have reported similar experiences. When I attempted to contact customer service to dispute the charge, I was repeatedly placed on hold and eventually disconnected. The lack of support and transparency was extremely frustrating. Be cautious if you are considering staying at this hotel."

"Loved the bathroom! Two sinks & big beautiful shower! Nicely decorated room with couch! We didn’t have a pool view room which would’ve been nice but I think it turned out for the best not having to deal with music from the pool area lasting until 11 pm - had a nice view of mountains. Great to just walk out onto Fremont Street - stating on the Strip is overrated - this is the place to be! Also all restaurants were great, especially enjoyed 8 East & the seafood tower at Barry’s Downtown Prime was well worth the price!!!"
