「this is always a great place to stay in that area. the staff is always friendly and helpful. the rooms are always clean. the breakfast is always tasty even though it's a bit tight in there」

「Staff was excellent, breakfast was great with good variety, hot tub was nice could be a bit warmer. The room was not as clean as expected. Chips on the floor on room. Very dusty behind tv. Bed was great.」

「Very Helpful Staff」

「No toilet paper, there was a hole at the lock that was drilled out. The AC kept switching from AC to heat. There were ants in the kitchen area」

「Loved it!」

「They were professional and the hotel was convenient and clean」

「Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was an added bonus.」

「We had trouble with the lack of signs to get to the zoo and had to detour numerous times due to Christmas lights going up in Oct.」

「It's a nice casino property - clean, spacious rooms with key features; clean bathroom in good shape, comfortable beds - at a very good price. All staff were polite. Very slow check-in / check-out. Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. Also, quite slow service in restaurant. It's a bit isolated relative to rest of town. It has bar / restaurants but a bit...

「It was very different from anything I've ever stayed in before. There was a cat inside the hotel and in my room the shower was missing the head and I found stink bugs in my room. Unpleasant stay.」
