The twin room has has natural toiletries & a grey bedspread but essentially is similar to a newish Premier Inn. They have a large restaurant, bar and outdoor area which we didn't use (except for 1 drink)."

"The hotel is well placed in the centre of Birmingham and close to "Grand Central", my room was comfortable and more than adequate for my needs. However one of the lifts was out of action for the whole of my stay, the other lift was slow, small and not up to standard. I managed to walk up and down to my room on the 8th floor a few times but the taking 20 minutes from pressing the call button to reaching the ground floor for my departure (with bags) was poor."
