"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived on 4/3/26, the bed in our room had visible feces/stains on it. This is not a minor issue — it is a serious sanitation failure and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under a major brand. Walking into a room in that condition immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. It was extremely uncomfortable and disruptive, especially arriving late and having to deal with something like this. A refund was eventually provided, but that does not make up for the experience or the fact that the room should have never been in that condition to begin with. I would not stay here again and would strongly caution others before booking."

"We had 24 people stay here for an annual trip we do and this was the best property we’ve stayed at yet. Huge property with plenty of space and privacy. There’s just about everything you could need here and the hosts were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend. "
