「車で来る分には全く不自由がなく最高の環境・ホテルだと思いますが、バスなどの公共機関を使って来る人に関して言えば非常にわかりづらい場所と案内でした。 ホテルからは一人＄５０も取られるシャトルバス（ナナイモのフェリー乗り場）しか出ていなく、公共jのバスを利用すれば一人＄２.５０セントと約２５倍も違います。また、公共のバスを使ってくる人のためへの案内がホームページにもないのもそうですが、ホテルの説明もざっくりしすぎていますし、もう少し交通の案内をしっかりしていただきたいと思いました。 部屋・設備などに関して言えば満足はしていますが、スパの１人＄４０というのは少しだけですが設定が高いかなとも思いました。 以上です。」

「部屋は綺麗で快適でした。が、枕カバーが匂い不快でした。水道の水が黄色く匂い、これも随分気になり、結局シャワーは使用しましたが、調理にはお水を買い求め使用しました。素敵な施設だけに残念でした。」

「This is a fantastic unique spot, with many things to do and a great Italian restaurant. We liked the cozy tents. A couple of things were concerning. We did notice, that many of the tents were left open, unoccupied and the bedding had been used. Since it's the end of the season, they may have let some workers go, so they are not bothering to clean up right away. It was a bit strange. One other thing was in the middle of the night there were cars revving their engines and squealing tires very...

「This is the second time we stayed at Manna house, the other being in the summer and it was another wonderful stay. Both stays were lovely, our favourite however was our winter stay as there was a real feeling of coziness as the snow was on the ground as we looked over the water from the cedar hot tub. We are looking forward to returning soon :)」

「We love to experience spring early and then return home for spring again. The accommodation allowed us to stay cozy with cooler spring weather than we have experienced in the past. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment that allowed us to prepare our meals ourselves. Our dog loved the accommodation as she could see out the screen door to watch the goings on and it was a great location for her walks.」

「Very clean and well decorated. Owner works very hard to provide a nice place to stay. However, the way the property is portrayed on the web site, we expected an ocean fronting unit with access to the shore from the door of the unit. That is not accurate. It is down the driveway, across the main road of the island and 7 - 10 min walk (for us) to a rocky (but very nice) beach. The owner has done a nice job with the unit, small hot tub in small private deck and the sauna across the street and down...

「clean unit with recent updates. staff were helpful and very friendly. great for smaller children and young teens. some of the campsites seem unkept in relation to the rest of the property. we watched them clean the pool which due to our short stay we didnt get to use.」

「お部屋、お庭からの朝日、夕焼けは最高に美しいホテル。 レストランのお料理、雰囲気も洗練されていていつ行っても美味しく頂けました。 Spaもメニュー豊富でスタッフも感じよく気持ちの良い時間が過ごせました。 ただロケーションの良さ、レストランやスパなどの付帯設備のすばらしさに比べ、客室は 古い感じなのが残念でした。更に二階に行くのは外階段のみの為、モーテルのような感じとがしました。 ラゲージをもって階段を上がらなければいけないので、大きなラゲージを持っていく滞在者には不向きな部分もあるかと思いました。特に雨の日は大変だと思います。」

「Great place to stay with the family. This was our second visit and we absolutely love it. They have everything you would need and the kids loved the pool/hottub. Close to all that Parksville has to offer and right near the beach. Highly reccomend.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Water views from almost every room. Watched the seals, sea lions, loons, geese and more… The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable.
