テン マイル ギャラリー ホテル

「スタッフの方が親切でとても良かった。」

「AVOID THIS HOTEL. This place is a scam. The room looked nothing like the listing photos. It reeked, was coated in dust, and was visibly filthy — I found a NAIL lying on the floor, and I have photos taken that same day. That is not bad housekeeping, that is a safety hazard. Management's response was hostility and intimidation. No apology, no accountability — the only offer was shuffling me into another room. I walked out the same day and found somewhere else to stay. Then the owner told...

「The hotel had incredible mountain views, peaceful river scenery, spacious rooms, and excellent service from start to finish. Perfect location to relax after exploring the Li River, West Street, and the amazing countryside. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Yangshuo looking for comfort, luxury, and unforgettable views.」

「Genial aunque algo alejado del centro.」

「Lovely stay. But a bit hard to get the car in and turn」

「Great location, rooms are high tech, clean and comfortable.」

「Did not use the spa. Too packed with activities. Service is excellent. They anticipated what we needed and gave good recommendations. 管家们（小华，小朱，小香） gave excellent and thoughtful service. 店长too. 林子too! We enjoyed our stay completely. 」

「We had the room with a big square bath and balcony overlooking the mountains. The room was of a high standard, all the gadgets for lighting and air conditioning to make it comfortable during a September, very humid stay. Room cleaned and restocked really well each day. Staff on reception really helpful but you will need a translation app if you need to speak English but this was fine and wasn’t a problem, the staff in the cafe next door were really lovely and friendly. Great juices, just a few...

「This is a gem of a hotel. Tucked away so you wouldn’t even know it was there. We arrived at night and it was beautifully lit and in a gorgeous setting. The staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The chef is great - highly recommend having dinner there. They also booked a tour and guide for us which was great. Everyone and everything is perfect.」

「ここを目的地とするならベストの宿泊施設です。」

「Very Kind staff and beautiful hotel」

「Lavanderia gratis h24 e ottima colazione」

「Amazing views and designed. Clean, friendly staff that works hard. My only complaints are the shower isn't well designed it has a lot of standing water all the time as it doesn't drain, and there's no real service at the pool area, you have to hunt someone down. The buffet for breakfast was fine, nothing special but pretty in how they set it up. I didn't try the expensive restaurant as they wanted to charge $300 a person for the tasting menu. Insane pricing really - we ate for $20-30 a night...
