"We really enjoyed our stay at Yangshuo Village Inn. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they took the time to give us helpful tips about things to do and to chat with my wife’s parents. It felt kind of like staying with friends. "The hotel is very cozy and with beautiful rooms and surroundings. We had a few dinners at the hotell which all tasted really good. The best part was the staff. They greeted us everytime we came back and when we left and made sure to give us small tips on places to go - in general just made it a priority that pur stay was pleasant. The kids loved the pool. There was easy access to run or bike along the river (only 1.5 km away). "

"The Hotel is a little out of town, but close enough that its not difficult or expensive to get into town. Located near the river it provides easy access for walking trails, push bike riding, bamboo rafting etc in a safe not busy location. The staff were amazing happy to assist with everything. While we were visiting we encountered a one in 50 year flood that caused major issues to the area. Staff were able to provide generator for power each evening. "We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located between the Li river and the Sickle Bay. To the west, the pier is only a mile away, and the motor raft is easy to book to enjoy the magnificent waves rock scenery. To the east, the Sickle Bay, a world natural heritage site, is great for hiking to have the breathtaking overlooking on top. The hotel has the scenery nicely blended in. Whether you enjoy a nice dish at the restaurant, or just enjoy a book with a cup of tea at the tea house, you will lost in time. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. We got a huge local grapefruit to take back home, which was a nice treat. We definitely want to come back again to enjoy."

"The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "
