"The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. The foyer was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the reception staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean . Beds were comfortable and good sized bathroom. "

"The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, very quiet, and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite on the sixth floor facing the inner courtyard, and it was a peaceful retreat. However, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t respond to several emails asking for guidance on the best way to reach the property from BER Airport. After a long journey, the self-service check-in system also felt frustrating to use; at that point, I would have preferred assistance from a staff member, especially when you’re tired and can’t find your reading glasses. We also hoped to use the sauna, but it was switched off. A staff member informed us that guests need to request this in advance so it can be turned on, which isn’t something I’ve encountered before—I normally expect to use such facilities at my own convenience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, with the U2 station nearby offering easy access to many major attractions. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Hotel Berlin, Berlin."

"Everything was great!"

"It was very quiet in the room - we hardly heard a peep out of the other guests and no traffic noise at all. Breakfast was nice, typical continental breakfast plus some hot food. It was busier on the weekend but the staff were always quick to replenish things and clear up tables. Good location, close to S-bahn station and only a couple of stops from major sights. We found the room to be a bit cold even with the heating on, but they let us borrow a plug-in heater for our stay which warmed us right up. Overall very nice stay."

"Have stayed at Park Inn 3 times and always had a great stay. Easy to walk to a lot of attractions and the U bahn and S bahn are readily accessible when needed."
