Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast (though they really love to salt their scrambled eggs) somewhat improved after we commented. Tiny underground pool. 5-10 minute walk to public transportation. Not much dining or activity nearby but easy to go places. We’d stay here again.

Incorrect photos on site. We did not have a coffee machine and were told the photos online have been out of date for over a year. The hotel was clean. The handwash dries out your skin so take your own (we thought it might be body wash).

Perfect find, lovely new Hotel with courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We needed restaurant recommendation and the suggestion of Jafo was spot on. 10 minute walk from hotel. Otherwise, the neighborhood is a bit rundown with lots of trash and neglected public parks. There is a canal nearby with a restaurant ship.

Very pleasant stay at Hotel the Yard

We stayed at Hotel the Yard for 3 nights and it served us perfectly. Our room was clean and modern, had all the amenities we required except a fridge but for such a short stay it wasn't an issue for us. The location was ideal, in a quiet area but close enough to the centre of Kreuzberg. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the cost of our stay was reasonable.
