「The breakfast was yummy both days that we were there, and the service at the restaurants was top-notch! However, we were disappointed not to have a swimming pool available to use as guests at Santarena Hotel. The rooftop infinity pool was way too small for the number of rooms available. 」

「The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.」

One employee was sifting down and on his phone the entire time, did not come to take my order - when I even got up to ask him to order, he still didn’t get up to help me and I had to go up to the bar. Was not very friendly. 」

「Great pool, nice spot. Small things like no dish-wash soap or dish-sponge etc (when only there for a few days and asked to keep all kitchen items clean etc). Asked for extra towels for pool which were provided & were great. 10min walk to beach / bakery / cafe / sodas. 2 min walk to grocery store. On a busy road. 」

「I highly recommend Z102 Studios. The property was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. We had a great stay! The property was super clean and well-equipped. We stayed as a family with two kids. The space felt very private and quiet, and the pool was perfect! The host was also very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. We were so happy with our stay!」

「The view is obviously incredible, which is what the resort relies on. The staff were nice enough, but lacked management and training in certain areas. Had they been more attentive, we would have spent more money. The food was well cooked but the menus are a little odd. After paying so much to stay at the hotel, it's then disappointing to have to compete with public visitors to get tables in the restaurant. 「All was great . Margaritas at happy hour superb. Great hamburger we split and had by the pool. Enjoyed breakfast at 6 a.m. Convenient location to the airport with very nice shuttle driver. Very close to Adobe car rental as well. 100% on all staff at restaurant, hotels, tours The Costa Ricans are charming. 」
