We loved the small 2-bedroom apartment we booked for 3 weeks in July. For 2 kids and one adult it was perfect in size. It got a bit messy when we were 4 people. This hotel is on the beach, has amazing grounds, and a chef who worked with my crazy dietary restrictions. There were two other guests who also had food intolerances/allergies, and both were easily accommodated.The breakfast buffet had many fabulous choices. My boyfriend and I had the most relaxing stay here. It was our favorite stop in Costa Rica thus far. The property itself is gorgeous, the food is incredible and the people are so nice and accommodating. We felt like family and will most certainly be back again! Do not hesitate to come here for a little rest and relaxation. It was just what we needed.

We loved our stay at The Coast Beachfront Hotel! The staff is amazing. The room was awesome. Wonderful experience and we will be back. It was even better than some of the places we’ve stayed beachfront in the US. We can hardly wait to go back!

It’s a beautiful place to visit. The view is amazing, the food is actually great. My only displeasure was they didn’t have tv BUT that just means you’ll have more reason to connect with family, wife/husband or what ever friends you came with.

This stay is better than getting a hotel room. Only problem i had was, not having someone in person to help me with the process of achieving the keys. If not for the kindness of the security guard, I would have been really frustrated. It isn't the job of the security guard to be manager. They should be compensated.

We love this hotel. It is a short walk to the beach, offers great facilities and had a great restaurant, all at a very reasonable nightly rate. During our stay the hotel had live music several nights. No worries about what to do, the hotel can arrange excellent tours to meet every desire. We loved the staff. They were very friendly, always helpful, knowledgeable, and treated us like family. Villa del Sueno will be our go to stay for a mid winter break in the future.

Such a beautiful place! Right on the beach. Away from the hustle of central Tamarindo. The staff was super pleasant and helpful and the breakfasts were delicioso!!!

If you are looking for a great resort that is quite, peaceful, and to get away from everything this is it. The rooms looking over the ocean were scenic and it was just a short walk to the beaches. They even had a small place that belonged only to the resort. It was close enough to the shops that you could walk around. The hotel made itself secluded so you didn't feel like you were in town. This is a great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the pool several times. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a nice perk. You are a 20 minute walk to the main city center. I would highly recommend listening to the advice of the hotel staff and walk along the beach. The walk along the road would not be recommended, especially at night. This property is a good value for your money. I would stay here again.

I can't say enough positive things about soulshine. There is something very special about this place. The owers energy, the food, the magic of nature(monkeys, iguanas, hummingbirds, butterflies, ect.), the confort of the rooms, and so much more. If you are looking for more privacy and looking to get away from the dust of the main road, this hotel is for you. The hotel is well decorated and equipped with conveniences like a good AC and a decent television. The staff are lovely and the owner is very accommodating and helpful. We absolutely loved this hotel from check in to check out and everything in between. It was close to the action, but far enough to where you didn't have to deal with noise. The back gate to the "alleyway" directly to central road was absolutely perfect so you didn't have to walk down the rocky dirt road near the front entrance. We were beyond happy with this hotel choice for our extended vacation, 4 weeks. The owners, Hilda and Simon, were onsite and were, with the staff, extremely helpful and accommodating during our whole stay. It was very clean and the beds comfortable.
