「It should be made very clear that there is no in-person reception at the hotel. Only when attempting my check-in did I discover from a sign outside the previous reception area that check-in must now be carried out at the associated pub/restaurant opposite. In addition, the web site posted telephone number, which has a Telford area code, in reality links to a comms centre situated somewhere else. I was told that I would be redirected to the hotel. But no one picked up my call. I now understand...

「Friendly and welcoming, staff dealt with queries effectively. The restaurant evening meal was delicious as well as the breakfast. I recommend the Farmer's breakfast. Room facilities and decor were great especially the coffee bags and the milk churn for fresh milk, which you could acquire at the bar. However, the bedroom was a bit stuffy so we had to keep the window open which for a light sleeper meant being woken early by traffic noise on the A449.」

「旧市街の外れにある小さなホテルです。一階にレストラン・バーがあります。古い建物を改造したホテルでエレベーターなどはありませんが、総じてスタッフの感じが良く、清潔感もあって、気持ち良く滞在できました。朝食にはFull Englishを選択しましたが（他にヴェジタリアン向けなどあり）、おいしかったです。」

「The vaults room where I’ve stayed before is functional everything works and the bed is comfy. It’s in the centre of town and there’s plenty of parking in Shrewsbury. 」

「We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience 」
