「All staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is comfortable, quiet and clean. It is conveniently located near the centre.」

「We arrived midnight to the hotel, even so, friendly night manager and the sensible bell boy were on duty and welcomed us warmly. 」

「Very nice and friendly. Both Herna and Blanca were great. Definitely recommend.」

Gracias」

「Muy amable.」

「First of all, employees were very attentive and knowledgeable. Always ready to assist in any way. It's a hotel that I can recommend. Very convenient location. Thank you Rossa Mia Staff.」

「Amazing place! Feels like coming home. Perfect communication before and during the stay, including airport pick up and drop off. Freddy and Diego both speak English fluently and go out of their way to make your stay 100% comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.」

「Terraza hermosa. Tranquilo.」

「Staff warm and hospitable Room clean and comfy Parking, complimentary breakfast」

「The first night was terrible, I got a room with a terrible smell I got a bad headache, therefore I requested to change my room. The gentleman who worked at night was very friendly and helpful. I got an upgraded room for the same price. The lady who worked during the day (Karla) was very friendly and helped us referring good restaurants near the hotel and things to do in Quito.」
